British grown organic camomile.  German camomile is a delicate looking plant that is surprisingly tough. The foliage tends to flop over and the tiny flowers look like miniature daisies. The German camomile discussed here is the annual herb used for making tea. Both the leaves and the flowers are used for tea. Some people think camomile has a slight apple-like taste.

How to brew our Tea:
20 flowers per cup, infused in 90c boiling water for at least 3-5 minutes. Enjoy without milk.

Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
